Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders placed weekdays before 4:00 PM EST will be included in the production run for the following day and will ship within five business days. If you require the product sooner, please inform us of your needs during checkout. Shipping times may vary from 2 to 5 days based on your location.

Return Policy:

At Gasket Station, we strive to ensure your order is perfect, but occasionally, issues may arise. If your gasket is incorrect, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will not require the gasket to be returned.

We will need to know exactly where the problem lies.

Is the size correct but the profile wrong? Please take a moment to check our website for the correct profile and let us know what you need.
If the profile is correct but the size is wrong, watch our video on how to measure (see below) and then let us know the correct size for your gasket. We will need both width and length. We will also need to know if it was measured outside dimensions or dart-to-dart.
