TRAULSEN

Traulsen's most popular gasket profile is our G516G.  If you have a Traulsen warmer, we recommend the G042GS profile.  The G042GS shares the same configuration as the G516G, however it has a crucial difference—it’s made from Santoprene instead of PVC.   Santoprene can handle the significantly higher temperatures found in warmers.

You will also find our G436G profile on Traulsen units.  This configuration is almost identical to the G516G except for the magnet placement.  The G436G magnet is centered on the base.
